Regulations of the “Lens Days Quest” competition

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the “Lens Days Quest” competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is ATM System Sp. z oo with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, 55-040 Kobierzyce, at 3 Błękitna Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000024013, NIP 899-10-83-065, REGON 930803756, with the share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. The competition is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Organizer is the party promising the Prize within the meaning of Articles 919 and 921 of the Civil Code
4. The aim of the Competition is to promote the event organized by the Organizer – LENS DAYS vol 2., which will take place on January 24-25, 2025 at the following address: ATM STUDIO Warszawa, Wał Miedzeszyński 384 (hereinafter: “Event“)
5. The competition will run from 24-25 January 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Period“).
6. Participation in the Contest is completely voluntary and free of charge.

§ 2 COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

1. The Competition is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity and who participated in the Event on the basis of a ticket purchased on the website https://lensdays.pl/ (hereinafter: “Event Website“), or an awarded entry ticket.
2. The Organizer has the right to exclude from participation in the Competition any person who, at the Organizer’s request, does not immediately provide proof of purchase of a ticket for the Event.
3. Employees and representatives of the Organizer cannot participate in the Competition.
4. If a violation of any of the provisions of the Regulations is detected, the Participant may be excluded from the Competition and lose any right to a prize in the Competition.

§ 3 PRIZES

1. The list of prizes to be awarded in the Competition constitutes Attachment no. 1 to these Regulations (hereinafter: “Prizes”).
2. On the first day of the Contest Period, 20 prizes will be awarded.
3. On the second day of the Contest Period, 13 prizes will be awarded.
4. The Competition Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prize for a prize of another kind, nor to request payment of the cash equivalent of the Prize.
5. The Winner of the Competition has no right to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties.
6. One Participant may be awarded no more than one Prize, unless the Rules provide otherwise.

§ 4 COURSE OF THE COMPETITION

1. During the Contest Period, persons participating in the Event and meeting the conditions of participation in the Contest will have the opportunity to enter the Contest by completing a quiz (hereinafter: “Quiz“).
2. The quiz will contain questions on culture, in particular on knowledge about the art of cinematography
3. The quiz will consist of:
   1. 6 single-choice test questions – for a correct answer you will receive: 1 point (3 questions), 2 points (2 questions), 3 points (1 question),
   2. One open question – assessed by a jury selected by the Organizer – the jury will award 0 to 10 points for the answer.
4. A total of 20 points will be available in the Quiz. In the event of an ex aequo result of the Participants, the result in the Contest will be decided by the better answer to the open question (according to the Jury’s opinion).
5. The quiz will be available to complete at the Organizer’s stand at the Event:
   1. On the first day of the Contest Period – from 10:00 to 15:00
   2. On the second day of the Contest Period – from 10:00 to 13:00
6. The participant has only one attempt to solve the Quiz.
7. The Participant completes the Quiz on a tablet provided by the Organizer.
8. The Organizer may exclude a Participant from the Competition if the Participant consults with other people while solving the Quiz, uses a telephone, tablet or other similar devices that may have access to the Internet. The Organizer may exclude a Participant from the Competition whose answer to an open question is a plagiarism of a previously provided answer to that question. 
9. Time to complete the Quiz is 15 minutes
10. In order to register for the Competition, the Participant enters his/her data on a tablet provided by the Organizer in a special form: name, surname and e-mail address – which will be used to identify the Participant solving the Quiz.
11. The Organizer will announce the results of the Contest within an hour after the end of the Contest on a given day of the Event. The results will be announced by a message at the Event, which will provide information about the names and surnames of the winners.
12. For the purposes of awarding the Prizes, the Participants (solving the Quiz on a given day of the Competition) will be ranked by the Organizer according to their score in the Quiz, in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulations.
13. Prizes will be awarded according to the following rules:
    1. On the first day of the Competition, the Organizer will select the 20 winners with the best results in the Quiz on the first day of the Competition and will prepare a list of 20 prizes to be won on the first day of the Competition (ranked from highest to lowest value).
    2. The Organizer of the second day of the Competition will select 13 winners with the best results in the Quiz on the second day of the Competition and will prepare a list of 13 prizes to be won on the second day of the Competition (ranked from highest to lowest value).
    3. Each winner will be entitled to one prize, located on the prize list under the number corresponding to the place taken by the given Participant in the Competition. 
    4. If it turns out that on a given day of the Competition there are more than 3 people on the list of winners who are collaborators/employees/representatives of one company, the Organizer has the right to exclude the fourth and subsequent people from the same company from the list of winners.
    5. If the Participant is interested in another prize from the list, the exchange of the prize is possible – provided that the other Participant (to whom the other prize was to be awarded) agrees to the exchange. The exchange of prizes between Participants requires confirmation with the Organizer.
    6. Prizes are awarded in person at the Event. The Organizer expects the prize to be collected for 90 minutes from the announcement of the results. After this time, the Organizer has the right to deprive the Participant of the prize in the Competition and then: transfer the Prize to the pool for the next day of the Competition, select another Quiz Participant and award them the uncollected prize, award the selected Participant two prizes or decide that the uncollected Prize will not be awarded in the Competition. In exceptional situations, the Organizer may extend the time to collect the Prize, which will be announced during the Event.
14. The Organizer may make the delivery of the Prize conditional on the signing of an appropriate protocol.

§ 5 COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Competition should be submitted immediately at the Event in oral form at the Organizer’s stand. If it was not possible to submit a complaint at the Event, other complaints can be submitted by email to joanna.gralewska@atmgrupa.pl 
2. Only the Contest Participants have the right to file a complaint.
3. A complaint in the form of an email should be sent with the note “complaint-contest-lens-days” and include: first name, last name, Participant as well as a detailed description and indication of the reason for the complaint.
4. In order to ensure supervision over the proper course of the Competition, the Organizer will appoint a jury.
5. Complaints in the form of e-mail are considered by the Jury within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Coordinator.
6.  Oral complaints will be decided by the Jury immediately during the Event. A record of the complaint submitted and decided at the Event will be made available to the Participant filing the complaint.
7. The Participant will be informed of the Commission’s decision regarding the email complaint by email sent to the address provided in the complaint within 7 days from the date of consideration of the complaint.
8. Claims not considered or not taken into account in the complaint procedure may be pursued before a common court.

§ 6 PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Contest Participants is ATM System Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, 55-040 Kobierzyce, ul. Błękitna 3.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for purposes related to the subject matter of the Competition, i.e. for purposes related to the organization and conduct of the Competition, for the purpose of posting the list of Competition winners on the Competition Website and for accounting and financial reporting, in accordance with separate regulations.
3. The Administrator informs that the provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain Prizes and consider any complaints.
4. To the extent not regulated in the Regulations, the principles of personal data processing are specified in the privacy policy of the Event available at: https://lensdays.pl/privacy-policy/

§ 7 COPYRIGHT

1. The Contest Participant, at the time of issuing the Prize in the Contest, transfers the copyright to the answer to the open question in the Quiz and the rights to distribute adaptations of this work, including, without territorial or time limits, the following fields of exploitation: recording, reproduction by any technique (including digital and printed techniques), introduction to circulation, entering into computer memory, public performance or public reproduction, exhibition, display, rental, lease, broadcasting by means of wired or wireless vision or sound by terrestrial stations, broadcasting via satellite, simultaneous and integral broadcasting of a work broadcast by another radio or television organization, publication and distribution via the Internet.
2. Each Participant, by solving the Quiz, authorizes the Organizer – with the right to grant further authorizations – to use the answers to the Participant’s open question, in particular to enter them into the memory of a computer or other device, process them, publish and distribute them in connection with the Competition during its duration and within a year after its end.

§ 8 OTHER PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer authorizes the Jury supervising the proper conduct of the Competition to make decisions on the exclusion of Competition Participants and to assess the answers to the open question in the Quiz, at the discretion of the Jury.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time without giving reasons, provided that this does not affect the acquired rights of the Participants.
3. During the Contest, the content of the Contest Rules will be available for review at the Organizer’s stand at the Event and on the website https://lensdays.pl/terms-and-conditions/#lens-days-quest and at the Organizer’s registered office.
