Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. The organizer of ATM Lens Days 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is ATM System, headquartered at ul. Błękitna 3, Bielany Wrocławskie 55-040 Kobierzyce, NIP: 8991083065, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  2. The Event will take place on January 24–25, 2025, at ATM Studio in Warsaw.
  3. Participant – a natural person who has registered and been qualified to participate in the Event.
  4. Registration – the process of applying for participation via the online form available on the ticket purchase page.
  5. Buyer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that has purchased a ticket.
  6. Terms and Conditions – this document defining the rights and obligations of Participants and the Organizer.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program and undertakes to publish relevant information on the Event’s website or social media channels.

§ 2 Conditions for Participation

  1. The Event is intended for individuals interested in photography, videography, and modern visual technologies.
  2. Participation in the Event is subject to a fee. Available tickets:
    • Single-day Regular Ticket – 45.00 PLN.
    • Single-day Student Ticket – 29.00 PLN (upon presentation of a valid student ID).
    • Two-day Regular Ticket – 80.00 PLN.
    • Two-day Student Ticket – 58.00 PLN (upon presentation of a valid student ID).
  3. Registration is conducted by completing the online form and making payment as specified in § 3.
  4. After completing the purchase, the Buyer will receive a transaction confirmation and an electronic ticket sent to the provided email address.
  5. Event Participants are required to present their ticket (in electronic or printed form) upon entry to the Event premises.
  6. For student tickets, a valid student ID must be presented.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry in case of failure to present a ticket or an identification document confirming entitlement to a student ticket.

§ 3 Online Ticket Sales

  1. Tickets are sold exclusively online through the official Event website.
  2. The purchase process includes:
    • Selecting the type of ticket,
    • Filling out contact information,
    • Accepting the Terms and Conditions,
    • Making payment.
  3. The Buyer must pay for the ticket within 30 minutes of initiating the reservation. Unpaid reservations will be canceled after this time.
  4. Upon payment, a transaction confirmation and the electronic ticket will be sent to the provided email address.
  5. If a VAT invoice is required, the Buyer must provide the necessary details during the registration process.

§ 4 Complaints, Refunds, and Participant Responsibilities

  1. Complaints may concern:
    • The order submission process,
    • Payments,
    • The quality of offered services or products.
  2. Complaints should be submitted:
    • By email to mmikolajczyk@atmgrupa.pl,
    • In writing to the Organizer’s address: ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 384, 03-994 Warsaw.
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.
  4. Ticket refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the Event has not yet started.
  5. If a complaint is accepted, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

§ 5 Data Processing Information Clause

  1. The data controller is ATM Studio, headquartered at ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 384, 03-994 Warsaw.
  2. Personal data of Participants is processed for the purpose of organizing the Event and providing information about it, based on Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
  3. Personal data may include images used in promotional materials unless the Participant objects before the Event begins.
  4. Participants have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data. Details of the privacy policy are available on the Event’s website.

§ 6 Program Changes and Event Cancellation

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including changes to speakers, schedules, or the format of individual sessions.
  2. In the event of cancellation due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, Buyers will receive a full refund for purchased tickets.

§ 7 Final Provisions

  1. For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Event’s website and are effective from the date of publication.
