Terms and Conditions
§ 1 General provisions
- The event organizer ATM Lens Days 2026 (next: Event) Is ATM System with its registered office at Błękitna 3, Bielany Wrocławskie 55-040 Kobierzyce, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8991083065, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
- The event will take place on January 23–24, 2026 at ATM Studio in Warsaw.
- Participant – a natural person registered and qualified to participate in the Event.
- Registration – the process of registering for participation via the online form available on the ticket purchase page.
- Buyer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that purchased a ticket.
- Regulations – this document specifying the rights and obligations of Participants and the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program and undertakes to publish relevant information on the event website or on social media.
§ 2 Conditions of participation in the Event
- The event is aimed at people interested in photography, videography and modern visual technologies.
- Participation in the Event is free of charge.
- Registration is done by completing the online form and making payment in accordance with the rules set out in § 3.
- After making the purchase, the Buyer will receive a transaction confirmation and an electronic ticket sent to the provided email address.
- Event participants are required to present a ticket (in electronic or printed form) when entering the Event venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of failure to present a ticket or an identity document confirming entitlement to a student ticket.
§ 3 Rules for online ticket sales
- Tickets are sold exclusively online via the event’s official website.
- The purchasing process includes:
- selecting the ticket type,
- filling out contact details,
- acceptance of the Regulations,
- making a payment.
- The purchaser must pay for the ticket within 30 minutes of the reservation being made. After this time, any unpaid reservation will be canceled.
- After payment, a transaction confirmation and an electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided.
- If a VAT invoice needs to be issued, the Buyer should provide the necessary data during the registration process.
§ 4 Rules of participation and responsibility of Participants
- In justified cases, when entering and leaving the Event area, the Participant, at the request of the Organizer’s security services, is obliged to allow a security employee to carry out security checks, including the presentation of items brought in and taken out – within the limits provided for by law, in order to determine whether dangerous items are not being brought into the Event area.
- If a security employee determines that there is a threat to order or safety, or refuses to undergo security checks, this constitutes grounds for refusing entry to the Participant into the Event premises.
- Bringing professional film or photography equipment into the Event is only possible with valid accreditation from the Organizer. Applications for accreditation can be submitted by email to the Organizer at: contact@lensdays.pl no later than 3 days before the Event date. The Organizer has the sole right to decide whether to grant accreditation.
- The organizer does not provide deposit points or equipment or luggage storage during the event. Only outerwear may be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom staff is not responsible for valuables left in the cloakroom in accordance with the cloakroom regulations.
- Participants are obliged to comply with the rules of order and safety regulations in force at the Event site.
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused at the Event venue due to their fault.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of property belonging to Participants during the Event.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the Event area any persons who disturb the order, do not comply with these Regulations or behave in a way that threatens the safety of other Participants.
§ 5 Information clause on the processing of personal data
- The personal data controller is ATM Studio with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 384, 03-994 Warsaw.
- Participants’ personal data are processed for the purpose of organizing the Event and providing information about its course pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and a of the GDPR.
- Personal data may be processed in the form of an image in promotional materials, unless the Participant raises an objection before the start of the Event.
- Participants have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data. Details regarding the privacy policy are available on the event website.
§ 6 Changes to the program and cancellation of the event
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including changes to speakers, hours or form of individual sessions.
- If the Event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the Buyer will receive a full refund for purchased tickets.
§ 7 Complaints and final provisions
- Complaints regarding the purchase of a ticket should be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase to the following e-mail address: contact@lensdays.pl.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject complaints that do not meet formal requirements.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The Regulations are available on the Event website and are effective from the date of their publication.
