INFORMATION CLAUSE
In fulfilment of the information obligation under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereafter referred to as „GDPR”, we kindly inform you about the rules for the processing of your personal data:
1. The Controller of your personal data, is ATM System Spółka z o.o . with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie at ul. Błękitna 3, 55-040 Kobierzyce, email address: ado@atmsystem.pl.
2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent in order to inform you about an event we are organising to promote our equipment at Lens Days – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
3. Personal data will be processed until 31.01.2025 or until withdrawal of consent – if withdrawal occurs earlier.
4. Data recipients may be persons working or cooperating with the Controller with whom the Controller has entered into entrustment agreements for the processing of personal data or authorized them to process personal data, including entities from ATM Grupa Capital Group (https://www.atmgrupa.pl/o-nas/grupa-kapitalowa/), as well as entities authorized to receive personal data under the law. In particular, they will be IT system providers. The Controller shall make every effort to ensure that the entities to which it transfers data are aware of the provisions and procedures under the GDPR and national data protection laws, and meet high standards for data protection, including the use of organizational and technical measures required by law.
5. The Controller does not envisage transferring your personal data to a third country.
6. The person whose personal data is processed has the right to withdraw consent to processing. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing performed upon consent before its withdrawal. The person whose personal data is processed also has the right to access the content of the data, correct the data (if we process erroneous or outdated data), delete the data, limit the processing of the data, data portability, object to the processing, and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) in case the processing of personal data is considered to violate the law.
7. Disclosure of data is voluntary.
8. Your personal data will not be profiled. No automated decisions will be taken.
